We have repaired the exterior gfci circuit. A fault was found at the front exterior receptacle, wire was damaged. No charge associated with exterior receptacle repair, as this was under warranty. In addition we have completed bonding at the water heater and replaced the existing breaker operating the panel GFCI circuit.

Reason for todays visit was to check out a tripping GFCI next to the panel. Upon inspection I found that all the external receptacles as well as the garage freezer receptacle and the utility room receptacle were all protected by the GFI next to the panel. I also found that the radon fan was plugged into the GFI as well. I then took apart all the receptacles outside and found them all to be rusted and corroded. This estimate includes the repair of the existing basement circuit. We have located buried junction box, repaired damaged wiring and restored power. Junction was located to the right of basement sliding door in bulkhead. Breaker #5 in the left panel.

Customer was experiencing a breaker that kept tripping. I traced it to the attic where I located the issue. The attic fan motor was causing a dead short. Due to the age of the fan and the newly installed roof we decided a new install for a attic fan was the best option. After running a new switch leg from a emergency cut off switch in the attic I went on the roof and cut my hole for the new attic fan I installed the fan and secured it to the roof apply screws and roofing tar. Then went into the attic again and attached my new switch leg to the fan and then turned the new switch on to test the fan. It works and then I set it to 105 degrees Customer has a 6 month warranty on all work preformed
