Arrived onsite and assessed what exhaust fan he had bought for the bathroom. Given the current wiring I began to explain what he would need to support that and he determined putting the one he had up wasn’t the best idea for the space. He asked my recommendations based off the requirements of having a light and fan built in and I came to the conclusion of the one I recommended in the estimate. I made pricing for that as well as went over the membership and savings and he asked me to email him the quote for the bath fan, and the pier repairs. For the pier, he needs one box replaced and the 1/2” pvc get a new male thread on it to go into an fan box, and then a w/p connector to tie in the jet ski whip. For the end of the pier, I could remove the current switch and cover, install a new switch and in use cover and run a piece of 1/2” pvc out the top of that box to a new fx box, with a dual head flood light on it to light up the walkway and the end of the pier.
