Customer originally called because the a/c unit was no longer working. When i came out to diagnose the issue i found that the disconnect to the a/c unit had no power going to it. I also noticed that the pull out level was upside down. So i traced the wires from the disconnect to under the deck where i found a cut wire that was energized. So i traced that back to a junction box in the utility room near the panel. It appears someone took the wires apart in the junction box and hooked up the wrong wires to the a/c unit. After taking the wiring the the junction box correctly i found that the disconnect had 240 volts going from its line side and its load side making it so the circuit was back to working. But after that the a/c still was having trouble turning on making me realize it was now an a/c issue. After the hvac technician comes out to fix the unit he will have to turn the breaker back on as we left it off so it didn’t fry the unit. It’s in the sub panel circuit 1,3 on a 2 p

The FANTASTIC customers originally called us out because the attic fan was no longer working when I went upstairs to diagnose the issue I bypassed the thermostat and the attic fan was still not on this means that the motor itself is an issue so we removed the existing motor and the thermostat and we installed a brand new attic fan motor and thermostat I set it to 60° and turned the switch back on and the fan kicked on as designed after that I set the thermostat to 110° as Recommended unfortunately the customers were not home as they were way out of country so there was no reason in writing multiple quotes or multiple options throughout the home these customers are extremely loyal customers and when they need anything done in the near future they know they can call us and we will take care of any issue they have. Also we gave teddy plenty of pets before we left because that dog is awesome

This solution includes us installing a gfci to protect the lamp post light due to water conditions and the national electrical code requirements. We will install a 90 degree pvc pipe down the existing broken lamp post and fish the wires through that way when we put the dirt back it protects to the wires from the sharp edges. Customer is responsible for digging a 18 in deep trench over 15 to 20 inches away from the existing hole. Then dig a whole 18 inches deep to install the lamp post. We will install a customer supplied lamp post with light controlled by a photo cell. We will then concrete in the lamp post and put the dirt back

Today’s visit was for ceiling fan flickering. It only happens when both switches are turned on. After a full diagnosis, I found the fan to be bad. I also saw the devices throughout the home were falling apart and backstabbed. The panel is also rusting out and should be replaced. The breakers inside the panel should be replaced with two pole breakers for he multi wire branch circuits. These issues are going to continue and get worse. The receptacles throughout the home are also painted over and is a big risk for electrical overheating and arcing. I also recommend getting surge protection for the home as well. Please see attached solutions to get these issues resolved for you.
