- The location of the electrical panel
- The desired location of the EV charger
- The size of the EV charger.
Some counties here in MD also have different safety requirements depending on the location of the EV charger. For more information, give Haas & Sons a call at (443) 578-3629.

However, high ceilings like in a foyer or vaulted ceiling in the living room will greatly impact the price of new recessed lighting fixtures. Even having a 10-foot ceiling opposed to the standard 8 foot increases the price due to longer labor times. Multiple other factors such as ceiling material and installing additional wiring can impact the ultimate cost of your new lighting. Reach out to us with any questions at (443)-578-3629.

I removed and replaced all the devices in the customer dinning room and living room I spliced all the appropriate wires together and pig tailed off the splice. Then I hooked and clamped the wire around the screws on the device and tightened down the screws to give it the best possible connection avoiding arcing

Customers basement hanging fixture located next to the walk out sliding door stopped working. I found that the 3-way switches that operate the fixture had failed. We replaced the 2 switches that control it and the light fixture started working perfectly again. We also replaced the other switches in the same switch box so that they would match and to avoid future issues with these switches.

Installed new wiring for ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We ran new 3-wire switch legs from the existing switch locations up to newly installed ceiling fan rated boxes. We then converted the existing single gang switch boxes over to 2-gangs so that the fan and the light can be switched separately. We also made the original switch controlled outlets into normal ones that are no longer controlled by the switch. We then installed 4 customer supplied ceiling fans in the newly wired locations.

Provided estimates to do multiple fans and a flood light install. Customer would be providing the fans and company will provide flood light.

Customers light over top kitchen sink on the tile wall fell done. I found that the box had dry rotted and broke apart. I removed light and broken box and installed a new one in its place and put the fixture back up. I also installed a new hard-wired smoke detector in a pre-wired location in the hallway outside the utility room. The new smoke detector has a lithium ion 10 year back up battery, so customer does not need to worry about changing batteries ever.

Installed 2 new customer provided ceiling fans in front bedrooms. Pulled power from existing scr switch and wired the receptacle so it will always be on and the switch is for the fan. $50 ceiling fan install coupon applied toward total.

Installed new SEU going from meter to disconnect and new SER to sub panel. Also updated grounding to todays codes by installing two 8 foot ground rods connected with 4 awg copper wire and also a ground ran to the water pipe in the crawl space. Bonded hot and cold pipes at water heater. New panel has a surge protector installed. There will be inspection on the work followed by a final tie in by BGE. Removed older GFCI devices from 2nd floor bathroom and installed new tamper resistant ones in their place. I also removed and replaced the vanity light over the left sink in the same bathroom. I removed older smoke detectors (3) and installed new ones with 10 year sealed lithium ion back up batteries. We also replaced the GFCI and switch in the basement bathroom as well as the customer supplied light in the basement rec. room. We checked out the kitchen plugs and they are GFCI protected by the GFCI breakers in the main panel.

Customer called because bathroom circuit was tripping I removed the all way bathroom and the master bathroom and the outlet outside on the back porch. The outlets were older and the one outside was completely rusted through. I spliced the wires together and pig tailed off of them and installed tamper resistant GFCIs in the bathrooms and a weather resistant tamper resistant GFCI outside with a in use bubble cover. Broke the tab under it so the customer could plug in and close the box. I also siliconed around the box to keep it extra protected from water I also installed a new 20 amp arc fault breaker for a Homeline panel. This is all covered under a 18 month warranty. I also removed the switches in both bathrooms and replaced those as well. These are under a different circuit and these devices are covered under a 30 day warranty
