Called out today to investigate a motion floodlight that was not working as well as a GFCI that had tripped. I determined that the floodlight was faulty and needed to be replaced, as I tested 120 volts from hot to neutral, indicating it was not a power loss issue. I also discovered that the GFCI for the pool equipment had failed. Customer was not interested in replacement of the light or GFCI at this time, and asked me to just blank off the permapost for the GFCI, as they are getting rid of the pool. Customer also asked me to investigate why the doorbell was not working. Opening the chime, I discovered it to be battery powered, using three D cell batteries. Using my multimeter, I checked the voltage on the battery, which was 0.8 volts. Based on my research, a D cell battery stops being able discharge enough current once it goes below 0.9 volts.

The Electricians were excellent and patient. They recommended checking the state of the light switches due to the age of our home which I had not thought of. Most were not in good shape. They answered all of my questions and recommended replacing all of them for safety reasons. I agreed and the price was reasonable. I will be calling them when I need additional electrical work.

Ive used HAAS to upgrade the entire electrical in my house. Ive had no problems in the three years since the upgrade. Now, Im using HAAS to replace the electrical drop going from the power company line on the street to my house. Very professional and reassuring because I see they know what needs to be done and get what I need resolved without further problems.

I was in no hurry to have a kitchen light switch replaced and another hall light that flickered checked out. So I was ok to wait a week for a morning appointment.
