Customer called us out due to a few various issues. They wanted to make sure they were not dangerous. I saw that their devices were literally falling apart as I pulled them out. Switches are also wired incorrectly. Customer is also having issues with EV charger cords. Receptacle is not GFCI protected and there is no surge in panel. Customer declined to fix any issues stating he will do it himself.

We have not found any obvious problem with the ceiling fan. If problems persist, we recommend replacing the fixture.

Customer originally called because they are having a new septic tank put in and they needed wires ran from the panel to outside. On the septic tank work order they only needed them stubbed out outside near the back of the home. We ran a 15 amp circuit from the main panel under the panel into a 1900 box where we installed a gfci receptacle. This is for the plug in alarm. Then we ran a 14-2 UF wire from that box rolled up and labeled to outside near the meter can. Then we ran a 20 amp circuit from the main electrical panel (12-2 uf) wire to outside near the meter can. Uf wire is rated to be outside. We then as neatly as possible ran and supported both sets of wires down the side of the home to the back of the home and installed a 2 gang weather proof box with a weather proof plank plate. It’s illegal to just have wires stubbed out of a wall so we had to put them into a box. We landed the 20 amp circuit on a single pole 20 amp square d qo breaker. It’s our recommendation that the

The customer originally called due to his bathroom circuit (receptacles) and a sump pump not working. I diagnosed the issue with the sump pump is that it is in fact the sump pump tripping the gfci and customer needs to replaced the unit. It’s not the electric or the gfci. As for the bathroom receptacles. In these houses the bathroom and the outside outlets are tied together. Also a previous “electrician” came in to do work on this circuit before but installed gfcis in random places line siding and load siding the gfcis. This is incorrect when you put multiple gfcis on a circuit. You should either have one in the beginning of the circuit or 1 in each location line siding all the wires. The customer decided this was the best appreciate. So i removed all the devices on that circuit and installed tamper resistant gfcis in all the bathrooms expect the basement bathroom which is on a different circuit. I then installed weather resistant tamper resistant gfcis outside with in use bubble c
