Arrived onsite and explained exactly what my assessment included then we started upstairs, and worked our way all the way down to the panel. We were joined for the assessment so i could readily bring things to her attention as we went throughout the house. Given the era the devices were put in, even though most outlets were all wrapped around screws they are also mostly old, loose, and especially the switches throughout the house were in pretty rough shape, but i only found 2 that were broken completely. The list below is the list of concerns getting addressed today other then the redevice which I recommend for the near future. After discussing the assessment, we went through and made all the repairs listed below, tested, and verified all is working. Replace the incorrect GE breaker in the panel with a CH BR breaker 2 pole 60. Replace bad GFCI at the panel. Replace 2 bad GFCI at the kitchen countertop. Replace broken single pole switch at front door. Replace broken 3 way switch in

I had previously hired another electrician to do this job, and after two days trying to fix my problem, nothing was resolved.
