Today’s visit was for replacing two light fixtures in two separate bathrooms. Fixtures were unfortunately too tall for the existing location. In order for all of the globes to fit the lighting outlet would have to be moved or the cabinet lowered. Customer said that he will lower the cabinet in each bathroom in order for the fixture to fit. Customer is aware that I was unable to install all fixture globes. Work performed today: Replace (2) vanity lights

customer originally called us out because during the re-device. Previous technicians missed a 3 way switch next to the electrical panel. I removed and replaced the switch. Then customer wanted to add a receptacle under the switch on that wall under the panel but it was a dead end three way switch meaning it did not have a neutral. They wanted to plug in a dehumidifier so the best and least costly option was to add a circuit right under the panel. So i ran a 12-2 wire from the main electrical panel down into a old work box then installed a tamper resistant receptacle and a 20 amp arc fault levington single pole breaker. Then I labeled the circuit on the panel schedule

Installation of two new switches located in the kitchen that currently are original to the home and causing lights to flicker. Installation of new switch located outside the 1st floor bedrooms for the hall lighting. Switch currently is bad causing light to flicker as well. Installation of new devices in the 1st floor bathroom (GFCI, Single pole switch) due to devices being improperly wired and causing issues with lights. Replacement of devices in the 2nd floor bathroom (stack switch,GFCi) due to devices being improperly wired and not being safe to use.

Today’s visit was for annual maintenance. During inspection, I saw customer had multiple aluminum circuits and also no surge protection. I highly recommended installing alumicons in each electrical box throughout home, installing arc fault breakers in panel, and surge as well to make home safe. Customer would also like fixtures installed for the exterior and in the kitchen. See below for work performed. Install whole home surge protector Install arc fault breakers for aluminum circuits Install alumicons for aluminum devices Replace devices throughout home Replace (2) exterior light fixtures 6/10 We returned today and completed the adjusted scope work. We removed and replaced all the devices throughout the home and installed proper aluminum copper terminations. Once completed, we went through and plug the home and tested all the lights to make sure they were working properly.

I removed existing light fixture In the larger upstairs closet in master bedroom then I brought that wires switch leg over to where I was going to install recessed lights I then cut in for LED wafer 6 inch multicolor recessed lights and ran jumpers in between the lighting and then hooked up the existing switch leg and then removed the single pole light switch and installed a dimmer switch when we turned them on the customer decided having another recessed light in the center so there would be no shadowing on the new closet cabinets Would be a much better approach so I added another LED recessed light in between the two lights closest to the closet cabinets In the smaller closet in the upstairs master bedroom I remove the existing fluorescent lighting fixture and took the existing switch leg and cut into LED 6 inch wafer multicolor recessed lights and ran a jumper between those two lights and install the existing switch leg and then remove the single pole switch and installed a dimmer s

Mike knows what he is doing and he is excellent at what he does. What is equally meaningful and great is that he is so genuinely nice. This visit was second time he came to my home. He explains everything and is very much open to answer questions. I was comfortable and confident the work was thorough and excellent. I plan to request him every time!

Genny Ginger from Hass and Sons Electrical responded to install a ceiling fan in my breakfast room. She did an excellent job. She discovered one of my switches was bad and replaced it also. Genny additionally told me about some other switches I should consider changing. Fantastic personality and very knowledgeable.

Dennis and Daniel were the absolute best! They arrived on time and provided excellent customer service! I had previously hired another electrician to do this job, and after two days trying to fix my problem, nothing was resolved. However, five minutes on the job, Dennis from Haas & Sons had my switch, light, and ceiling fan working! Dennis also was able to help me make the best decision when choosing another ceiling fan and switch combo for a second bedroom replacement. He gave great advice and expertise. Daniel also did a great job installing the new fan! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this company, especially if you want the job done right the first time. I will definitely use them again.
