For the job today, i met customer to go over her new dishwasher that was just recently installed. New appliance currently trips GFCI on long runs, however did not trip when used on the short run. Currently appliance is plugged into a GFCI which then is landed on an arc-fault breaker. After testing both sides, i saw no conclusion on what may be tripping said device. I however did recommend to the customer we eliminated the GFCI and landed the appliance on a hard wired dedicated dual function breaker circuit. At this time she does to want to move forward with any work, and will call us back if she decides to move forward with any work.
This is the third time we have had Genny with Haas and Sons and we’ve been very happy every time. This time we had her replace our outside lights and also replace 3 kitchen plugs. She came when she was scheduled and completed the work with no problems. We highly recommend this company.
