7/14/2026 11:48 AM Today July 14th, we removed an old PEPCO meter, and directly behind that meter mounted a brand new meter. We tied the old meter to the new one. Power company is make final tie in. We also ran a new EV circuit. The circuit is poked out of the wall and set in a box. This circuit is not tied in the panels at all. We were unable to install the EV charger as the home owner does not have the actual charger in their possession. Once charger is at the residence we will return to install the charger. ——— Called out today to look at main panel and give an electrical safety evaluation. We started in the main panel. The main panel is of major concern due to its age and the TYPE of panel it is. This panel looks to be a 100 amp split bus Eaton CH panel. The panel is fully loaded and breakers are hot to the touch. This panel has the potential to be overload. All branch circuits are operating under a 60 amp “main” breaker with the top of the split buss having no main shut off.

Came out today to give an estimate for a dedicated 30 amp dryer circuit located in the basement of the home

Installation of new chandelier by way of extending current switch leg from off-centered fixture box in ceiling over to a new brace box to support fixture weight. Hanging customers new chandelier replacing old chandelier with customer supplied blank. Replace current broken switch with new customer supplied black decora switch. Customer supplying parts so there will be no warranty with switch replacement. Price reflects membership.

Dedicated circuit for furnace and 2 receptacle and switch replacement
