Customer needed assistance in installing WYZE switches. Also. While in the home upon assessment, saw the panel was original to the home (1978) and should be replaced. Also, the devices throughout the home are old and painted over. Some are broken. Please see attached solutions to get this resolved for you. Work completed today: Installed (1) WYZE switch in entry way Installed (1) 3way toggle switch in hallway Installed (1) WYZE switch in living room beside TV.

I removed and replaced a customer supplied ceiling fan in the master bedroom I removed and replaced 5 under cabinet lights with customer supplied LED under cabinet lights I removed 2 florescent lights in the sun room and installed 4 LED wafer 6 inch recess lights and a dimmer switch I removed 4 older 6 inch recess can lights by customer's tv in living room and jumped off the switch leg then installed 6 LED wafer recess lights then installed a dimmer switch I removed 7 old work recess can lights in the kitchen and replaced them with 6 inch led wafer recess lights to match the living room VIP membership

We removed a gable attic fan that was not working and replaced it with a new gable attic fan with new thermostat We removed the older attic fan going through the roof and replaced it with a new attic motor with 5 blades and a new thermostat We installed these attic fans on a single pole switch which acts as a emergency cut off switch We recommend leaving the thermostats set to 105 degrees to avoid the attic fans from burning up from constant usage

We will re-device the kitchen. We will replace the front and back receptacle with weatherproof receptacles and install inuse covers Reason for today’s visit was to assess power loss to the front receptacle as well as intermittent power loss in the kitchen receptacle next to the refrigerator. Upon inspection I found that the outlets were all original to the build of a home. These devices were installed in 1987 and were backstabbed only. I found out the wires are beginning to pop out of the back of the devices and we’re not pigtailed. I recommended having the devices all replaced to fix power loss issue as well as to avoid future power loss. Today we removed all the devices in the kitchen which included six receptacles and four switches. As they were currently no GFCI protection in the kitchen I installed two new GFCI‘s to protect all the kitchen countertop outlets. I also replaced the kitchen light switch, The dining room light switch, the undercabinet light switch and the disposal swit

We will install a new service cable from the meter to a new point of attachment at the peak of the home. We will need to install a new ground and system to port to bring it up to today’s requirements. We will pull an electrical permit and coordinate county inspections as well as the Power company final time. We are unable to open the panel cover at this time without opening up the wall. If when work is being performed and we find damage or anything that needs to be addressed there will be an additional charge for needed work to be performed.

Checked to see why receptacles in the kitchen were not working and why the light in the hallway wasn’t working.

Original call was to check the intermittent power in the kitchen lighting. I noticed improper connections to the switches and receptacles, stab in method was used. When I inspected the panel I found scorched and loose breakers. In addition upon inspection of the meter and main breaker located in the meter stack I found the breaker was damaged and weathered. This breaker at the meter was loosing an entire phase. I recommended that this breaker and the panel as well as the kitchen lighting circuit be restored to new condition. We replaced the breaker at the meter stack (Siemens 100A), the existing panel and replaced all devices on the the lighting circuit for the kitchen ensuring proper terminations.

i Ran a new switch leg for new led wafer recess lights i installed and a new customer supplied ceiling fan i installed. I installed a side mounted ceiling fan box to support the fan. I ran a 14-3 wire from switch to fan then jumped out on a separate switch leg to the recess lights Customer has a 1 year warranty.

I ran 2 dedicated circuits through the basement from the main electrical panel to two different destinations One in the corner of the home in the basement and one in the laundry room in the basement Both are 20 amp circuits for sub pumps I installed two 20 amp cutler hammer Black and Tan arc fault breakers I installed a pvc sleeve from the ceiling joists to the 1900 box for better protection for the romex wire. Then I installed Gfcis with RS cover plates Customer has a 1 year warranty

This estimate includes the installation of a new tandem BR 20A breaker to power washer and dryer. We have installed a new tandem breaker to operate the kitchen and washer/dryer. We recommend that the panel be replaced.

This estimate includes the installation of 2new Eaton BR type breakers. One being a tandem 15A and the second a single pole 20A. We have replaced the 2 non working breakers with new devices. Circuits are working upon departure. We recommend, due to age, the panel be replaced.

This estimate includes the installation of a new EV 120V 20A. In addition we shall alleviate the double tapped neutrals and include whole home surge protection. We have begun installation of the dedicated circuit. We shall return Wednesday the 22nd of September to complete work. We have returned and completed scheduled work. We have installed new whole home surge protector, wired in EV Charger circuit and have alleviated the double tapped neutral wiring in main panel.

This estimate includes the installation of a new customer supplied ring camera on the front of home. We have begun to install ring camera systems. Front of home is complete.

Installed 2 gfcis on countertop next to sink. GFCIs were customer provided. Verified proper operation of completed work with customer.

We have installed a new receptacle for a tv mount. In addition we have repaired the washer wiring at the receptacle and have installed a gfci for washer. Lastly we have replaced the kitchen counter receptacles and have tightened all neutral wires along the terminals in the main service panel.

We have replaced the two existing fixtures in the living room and dining area. In addition we have replaced the existing receptacle in the living room nearest new lighting fixture.
