Today’s visit was for multiple estimates. While on site, I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed immediately. See below for work performed. Also, see attached for estimates on future work. Install conduit on exterior of building to protect wire Replace existing sub panel in back yard shed Install moisture barrier for sub panel Install proper grounding electrode system for detached shed Correct wiring for sub panel not terminated properly Replace (2) exterior receptacle on pier Install vortex whole home surge in each main panel

Customer had a ceiling fan they wanted replaced and a motion flood light replaced Customer supplied the ceiling fan and the light for outside When i removed the ceiling fan i discovered their was no box but the fan bracket was screwed into the joist with the wires freely installed in the fans canopy So i installed a fan rated ceiling box and supported it on the joist for the safest installation possible I also installed a customer supplied fan kit remote I got my extension ladder and removed and replaced a motion light outside 20 feet off the ground and set all the motion lights in the home to the settings request by the own (dusk to dawn)

I removed and replaced 8 wall sconces customer supplied. 4 of them I removed the older siding block as it was destroyed and replaced it with new siding block One light in front of the garage had a box that was falling out of the brick. I repaired it and put up new Mortar I removed and replaced two security lights company supplied and installed 120 watt Led Outdoor bulbs I removed a box on the wall out back of the house near the Florida room and installed a new box. Then ran a pvc from that box into the ground and over to where the new gazebo will be. I ran wire throughout the pvc and mounted a weather proof box so we can eventually tap off of that box and install electric in the gazebo Will return to complete work Monday 7-19-2021 I removed a box from a landscape light and installed a new weather proof box then came out of the bottom with pvc and dug a trench laying the pipe in the trench. Then I dug out a hole and installed a post. Filled with concrete and installed a weathe
