Arrived at the customers home and as soon as we got inside the first smoke carbon combo that was giving her a fit was above the front entry to cover the bottom floor area. That was beeping and it seemed to be beeping in code that it was defective. Upon inspecting the type of smoke detectors installed currently, i found they were all battery builder grade, but on hardwired locations. I talked to her about the new requirements for the 10 year sealed battery detectors and showed her the standard options vs the nest, and she went with our standard of the 10 year sealed, hardwired kiddie detectors. I also helped her connect her ring doorbell to her phone by removing the doorbell, resetting it, walking through the in app process, and confirming it working. While working on that Tyler went through the home and replaced the remaining detectors to complete the scope of work. We also talked to her about our vip care plan, as well as all the benefits and she wanted to get that today as well.

Installation of new 15 amp GFCI located in the garage that supply’s power to the exterior outlet located on rear of home. Replacement of outlet and in-use cover located on the rear of the home due to current condition allowing water to sneak into the electrical box causing the GFCI in garage to trip.
