This solution includes the installation of an Ethernet line from one end of the basement to the other. We have completed the installation.

Installation of new dedicated 20 amp circuit for a window air conditioner in the first floor living room. Some new protection in the sub panel that was installed on a previous visit. 6/9 We returned today and completed quoted work. We ran a new dedicated 20 amp line from The sub panel in the front right corner of the basement outside of the home and up the wall to the third floor. We drove back home and installed two new quad receptacles. We installed one in the back left corner of the third floor and one in the front right corner of the third floor. Customer requested to have the two three-way switches the lights on the top floor as well as the free one may have been damaged.

Replacing a GFCI in the upstairs due to unnecessary tripping. The GFCI currently in the bathroom has gone bad due to age and is constantly tripping anytime any load is put on it.

Today’s visit was for light not working in two different rooms, receptacle loose in laundry area, and install of receptacle in hallway. During assessment, we found that one light had bulbs but the other had a bad switch. Also, the receptacle in laundry area had no box. The basement kitchen needed GFCI protection as well as the basement laundry area. The panel was missing surge protection. I also recommend doing a whole home re-device which we will discuss again at annual maintenance inspection. This solution includes the replacement of the front exterior GFCI and wet location in use cover. In addition we shall remove the romex leading into garage. This romex wire will be re-worked to existing gfci receptacle, this will solve the unprotected device in garage. Newly protected device shall be converted into quad receptacle as well. Lastly we shall remount light box to brick exterior above basement entrance and install the fixture removed before brick repairs. We have completed the scheduled repairs.

This solution includes the installation of 6 LED recess lights in the front living room. Arc fault protection included. We shall return next Thursday to complete the installation. Deposit taken, membership acquired. We have installed the 6 recess lights in the front living room and arc fault breaker in the panel.

Today’s visit was for garage not having power. Wiring out to the garage is cloth wire and very old. All of the wiring out in the garage is also old and some not even the right size for the circuit. Devices are also old and broken. Front part of switch snapped off as soon as I pulled it out of the box. I highly recommend running new wire to and throughout the garage as well as replacing all devices (receptacles and switches). Please see attached solutions to get this resolved for you.

This solution includes the replacement of 5 ungrounded receptacles. We have replaced 3 receptacles in the first floor bedroom, one in front living room and the last in dining room.

This solution includes the installation of 3 customer supplied light fixtures and the replacement of 2 single pole switches. This solution also includes the bonding of both water heaters. We have installed the 3 fixtures. 2 in upstairs bedrooms and the 3rd at basement stairwell. In addition we have replaced 2 switches, one at back door and the second in the upstairs bedroom. Lastly we have bonded the water heater.

This solution includes the replacement of the existing gfci and “in use” cover on the rear exterior of home. We have replaced the rear exterior gfci and cover. We recommend having the water heater bonded and the damaged breaker replaced.

Supply and replace two special order two foot LED strip lights of two foot length with color temp of 3000K to replace the two existing in the kitchen.

This solution includes the installation of 7 new under cabinet lights and the installation of new LED tape lights for the upper cabinets and new LED driver to accommodate the tape lighting. We have installed the new under cabinet lights.

When I originally came out to check a power outage in the office I noticed that the receptacles were backstabbed when I went down to check the electrical panel and the breaker they kept tripping when I took the panel cover off I noticed that there was a 150 amp SEU cable powering a 200 amp electrical panel after making my discoveries I presented the options to the customer and he decided to move forward with the upgrade option So I installed a 200 amp SEU cable with a new weatherhead going down customers wall outside which will be connected to the powerlines from Pepco I installed a new meter can. This solution includes the installation of the new customer supplied cooktop. In addition we shall install a new receptacle in the basement gym area. This also includes a new switch for basement gym area, 3way for existing switch, New location at basement door to exterior. We have installed a new customer supplied cooktop in kitchen. We have also installed a new receptacle and switch in the basement gym area.

Customer called us out because switch in master closet was stuck on. Once i arrived I took a look at the switch and discovered that something inside was broken and it needed to be replaced. After I preformed my inspection i found the following issues. Old challenger panel with corrosion on main lug and box itself, multiple two prong receptacles with no ground, very old switches from 1938 along with a rusty meter can and service cable straps. I recommended we replace panel and meter can along with swap out the older switches and plugs. I fixed the broken switch today but will need to return to replace the other switches and plugs. Customer has canceled us coming back to replace the other devices that need replaced. I have edited the ticket for the one device replacement.

This solution includes the relocation of the Dryer circuit, installation of a quad receptacle at basement fridge and freezer location with GFCI protection. Also includes audible GFCI at sump pump and receptacle for internet. This includes bonding at the water heater and gfci protection for the washing machine. We have relocated the dryer circuit, installed gfci protection for the basement mechanical/laundry area and have bonded the water heater.

Remove existing federal, pacific stab lock panel and install new 200 amp 42 space main breaker panel and its place. We will install new service cable from the point of attachment at the top of the house down to a new meter can in which we will install and then new service entrance cable from the new meter into the new panel. Who install new grounding system which includes 28 foot ground rods and the exterior of the home as well as main water grounding. We will install new bonding to the hot water line as well as the gas line. Who install new matching breakers and accurately label the new panel. We were pulling electrical, permit, and coordinate county inspections, as well as power company, final tie in. This solution includes the replacement of the existing sconces in the master bathroom. This solution includes the replacement of the existing switches in the master bathroom. We have replaced the 2 existing sconces in the first floor master bathroom. In addition we have replaced the switches as well. We recommend that the panel have a surge protector installed.

I removed and replaced a light switch in the kitchen I removed a light fixture in the kitchen that wasnt working and installed a keyless light fixture so the customer had light in the kitchen I re-attached the Verizon box to the brick wall outside

I removed a bathroom exhaust fan on first floor and replaced it with a customer supplied bathroom exhaust fan. I had to install a new duct for the vent because the existing vent was in the ceiling but was not connected to the fan or the duct going to the outside cover

This solution includes the installation of 3 new interconnected, 10year smoke and carbon monoxide Also includes water heater bonding and gfci protection for the kitchen and master bathroom. Lastly this solution includes a panel service to alleviate double tapped neutral wires and correctly bugging the stove wires in pain panel. We have completed the scheduled work. We have installed gfci protection in the kitchen and master bathroom. We have installed a new surge protector at the main panel, bonded the water heater and remedied the double tapped neutrals and removed the blue wire nuts. We installed Polaris bug connectors for the stove wiring. Lastly we have installed 3new smoke/CO devices in the home.

Inspection of two receptacles and basement and performance and safety assessment

This solution includes the installation of the correct breakers in the panel. New breakers shall replace the square D homeline and GE breakers in the Siemens panel. In addition we shall complete bonding at the water heater. This solution includes the installation of GFCI protection at the washing machine and in basement bathroom.
