-Replace 4 older outlets upstairs in the bedrooms that are broken and in bad condition, 1 under a window in the back right bedroom, one on the right wall in the back left bedroom, and the first 2 as you come in the door for the middle bedroom. I stapled wiring and install blank pates on 2 open junction boxes in the basement from previous remodel, and cleaned up and stapled some of the loose wiring in the areas we had discussed. I then added bonding to the hot water heater from the hot to the cold pipe. I removed the original outside outlet downstairs on the back patio and installed a new WR outlet and In use cover for that. I also removed an old bad dimmer for the downstairs office and installed a new led compatible dimmer so the dimmer would get along with the bulbs she had installed in that room. I am also recommending replacing of smoke detectors sooner then later, the correction of 3 multifeeds i found in the panel and a whole home surge protection unit into the main panel. The wor

Arrived onsite and customer showed us to the pool equipment area where there was all the old stuff ripped off the wall and there was a heater remaining, a pump, and the wire in broken of pipe for the pool lights on the ground. I talked to him about how we would end up redoing this, he seemed to really like it and then me and Blaine walked up to develop pricing. While i was about to start developing pricing he came up and told me some of the lower end estimates and right there i told him i could keep developing pricing, but for the way i would install it based on our discussion i would certainly come in above that. Some of the prices he told me were below cost for the outdoor panel alone. I collected the service charge and wrapped up.

Customer originally called because they noticed the security lights in their backyard on the second story one near the back left bedroom and one near the master bathroom we’re not working after we came out and we found the switches for them I asked the customer if he had changed the lightbulbs yet and I had some extra lightbulbs on the truck so we decided to go ahead and change the lightbulbs I did not need the extension ladder we could reach them from the windows inside the home we checked all the sockets and everything worked fine customer just needs new bulbs I recommend LED bulbs so they don’t put as much heat on the wires inside the electrical boxes Even though this is something the customer said he could handle I still wanted to open up the electrical panel because with the home only being seven years old most case scenarios everything is up to code and there is nothing that we really need to worry about but I also like to be very thorough unfortunately when I opened up the elec

We will return to complete work once the QO 20 amp and 15 amp 240 volt GFCI breakers come in. We will install new 240 volt lines to the areas where the mini split units will be installed. We will install service disconnects on the outside of the home and provide wired whips off the disconnects that the HVAC company will tie into the new units. We will install new GFCI breakers to power and protect units. 6/8 Returned today and ran 2 new 240v circuits and installed weather resistant disconnects on the exterior of home as quoted. I installed new 240v GFCI breakers in the newer panel in the basement unfinished area. I left disconnects in the off position so that the tails will not be live until units are installed.

Then removed the older 8-2 aluminum wire from the panel that powered up the older range and I landed my new circuit on a 50 amp gfci 2 pole breaker due to the sink being within 6 feet of the new plug upstairs.
