Install new receptacle outside next to A/C tapped out from dryer receptacle. Installed new weather resistant GFCI with a weather resistant cover next to the air condition unit on the side of the home. We tapped power out of the receptacle on the opposite side of the wall which is on a dedicated 20 amp circuit.

Removed one bad kitchen recess light that is a Juno, and installed one of our 6” recess in its place and set it to 5k to match the other lighting. Remove and replace 6 smoke detectors in the upstairs bedrooms with new BRK 10 year sealed battery smoke detectors. Remove and replace 2 Smoke carbon detectors in the common areas downstairs and upstairs with new BRK 10 year sealed battery hardwired detectors. Once completed everything was tested and verified working. Future work will be emailed for when the resident would like to move forward.

Replacement of the current 200 amp CH panel from 1979 with a brand new Leviton 42 Space Panel. Installation of emergency disconnect on the outside of the home. Installation of new grounding system, which includes main water grounding as well as ground rods next to the meter. Installation of whole Home surge protection at the main panel to protect electronics from harmful surges and to make current safety and code requirements. We are pull an electrical permit and coordinate county inspections as well as power company final Tie in. We will also be installing a new EV charger from the panel over onto the east side of the garage.

This solution includes the the replacement of the 20A 120V breaker for kitchen appliance circuit. We have replaced the breaker for the microwave/kitchen receptacles. New breaker controlling circuit is #7. If an extension cord is used, make sure it is a 12AWG. This 12AWG cord should should be rated for 20A.
