Customer lost power to the rear deck. We found a dead short in the top right breaker. Upon troubleshooting circuit we found overly stripped wires behind the GFCI on the back deck. We cut off the excess wire and re-attached the device. We also found a sticky substance over the breaker, so we replaced it with a new QO 15 amp breaker. Circuit is back up and running.
