Reason for the call was for annual maintenance service. Checked entire house from top to bottom. Everything is in good condition. I do recommend adding an additional surge for other panel for optimal protection. Customer also would like a dedicated circuit for hot tub. We performed the work for hot tub today.

Installation of a junction box below kitchen counter top to extend wires to sink base for a dishwasher appliance cord to be plugged in. Currently appliance has its own dedicated circuit and only needs a GFCI under the sink base to supply power. Dishwasher currently has a dedicated circuit that no longer has a neutral load in it. After we did previous work and finalized into testing the device, it only showed 40 amps at the device. We would run a new 20 amp dedicated circuit from the junction box to the dishwasher disconnect.

Installation of new devices through out the first floor of home to replace current original devices. Installation of new 200 amp Square D panel to eliminate current out dated/over heating 150 Square D panel. Panel currently has over heating on the bus bar, double tapped neutrals and grounds, shared branch circuits, and many unterminated wires hanging loose in panel. With new panel, we would update current grounding and bonding alongside adding two ground rods to the home and reattaching the whole home surge protector. Exterior disconnect would also be installed to give an added required means of disconnect in case of emergency for the home electrical system. Install new 10 year sealed google nest detectors throughout home to meet safety requirements.

Replace electrical panel. Update grounding and bonding for home. Re-Device the whole home. Add whole home surge protection to the new panel. RR 2 broken outlets in bedrooms.

Replace 2 outlets in upstairs bedroom that are completely broken.

Today’s visit was for breaker tripping to outside receptacle for waterfall. During investigation, I saw that the permit post was halfway buried under the flower bed and the receptacle was halfway filled with dirt. I also recommended replacing a dual function breaker to prevent any more intermittent tripping. I noticed that the subpanel did not have search protection so I recommended that as well. Arrived onsite and was shown the chandelier the customer wanted hung, and the situation with the ceiling that needed to be worked out in order to get it hung. I worked up a solution, and then assembled the light. In terms of height, it already hung pretty low so we decided on 5 links and that’s what I went with. I drilled out the center of the box for the allthread, connected it up with 3” heavy duty thread screws and then finished unwrapping the chandelier, installed the bulbs, tested and verified it working.

This solution includes the installation of the under cabinet lights. We have reinstalled the under cabinet lights in kitchen.

We installed new SEU cable rated for 200 A at the mast then down the mast after installing a new weatherhead over to the electrical meter then we removed the SEU cable from the panel to the meter and installed a new 200 amp SEU cable I remove the existing 150 amp electrical panel and installed a new 42 space 200 amp main breaker electrical panel with all new standard breakers then I landed all the wires in the Panel. And labeled the panel. I also had to shorten a 1 inch piece of conduit and installed a 1900 box that installed seal tight to run The existing wiring back into the electrical panel we had to do this because the pipe was going into the bottom the old panel but the newer panel is much larger so it was not lining up properly. We also installed a whole home surge protector to protect the homes electronics and the homes utilities from potential surges and we also ran a 12 three wire from the main electrical panel outside over to the customers bedroom on the other side of the ho

i installed a customer supplied light fixture on back upper porch I installed 2 customer supplied 120 volt landscape spot lights Also talked to customer about smart switches for 1st floor

Today’s visit was for front porch light not working. Turned out to be the switch. Work performed: Replace (1) toggle switch for front door

Today’s visit was for exterior receptacles not working. During assessment, I located the bad GFCI in the utility room of the garage where the water heater was located. Also, the outdoor receptacles were highly corroded which most likely caused the GFCI to trip initially. Please see below for work performed to resolve the issue. Good luck with the move! This solution includes the replacement of the damaged GFCI at sink. Also, we shall replace the receptacle at the front door with a new weather rated device. We have replaced the gfci receptacle at the front door exterior and the gfci receptacle located in the secondary home at the sink location. Membership acquired.

Installation of two new carbon monoxide/smoke detectors located on the first floor and the second floor hall. Installation of new smoke detector located in the primary bedroom, secondary bedroom, and guest bedroom. Installation of new dedicated circuit located in the “pier shed” for a Mini-Fridge. Current circuit is being over-loaded when compressor kicks in and causing a trip on the GFCI.

Today’s visit was for ceiling fan replacement. While assessing the work to be done, I saw that there was no GFCI protection in the kitchen, and also no surge protection in the panel. Today’s visit was for GFCI tripping. While on-site it was working properly. I opened the panel and the receptacle to make sure everything was in good condition. Nothing was damaged or broken. Voltage was correct. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

We were originally called out here to take a look at the bathroom heater which kept tripping the breaker I opened up the heater and found the wires had arced and connected with the metal casing around the heater which caused it to trip the breaker the customer already had a replacement heater that fit perfectly inside the metal framing so I swapped that out real quick turn the breaker on and the heater still was not working so I examined the electrical panel and found that the two pole 20 amp breaker was actually sizzling causing the circuit to not work properly I remove And replace the 2 pole 20 amp Square D Q0 electrical breaker with a company supplied turned on the breaker and then everything worked fine

I installed gfcis on the kitchen counter top. Now all receptacles on the kitchen counter top are gfci protected and up to current code I tested the gfcis in the bathrooms and they all are working correctly I installed a junction box for the attic open air spliced wires and then i installed a blank plate I cut a wire that was damaged at the top of the steps in the attic then i installed a junction box for the wires and a blank plate. I tested everything i worked on and everything works

This solution includes the installation of 5 gfci receptacles. Locations in kitchen. We have installed 5 new gfci receptacles that will service the kitchen sink locations.

Was scheduled for annual maintenance today. Customer asked to reschedule and we did the below instead. I removed two light fixtures in the downstairs bathroom I cut into 8B workboxes install two customer supplied light fixtures

In summary I installed 2 ground rods then ran ground wire from them to where the seu cable is I installed a emergency disconnect and installed the line and load side seu cable and landed it in the emergency disconnect and supported the wires along the wall and have half the temp done with the bugs on one side and will complete it tomorrow when i do the panel I ran a uf 14-2 wire from the 4 gang switch box inside the home by the front door through the wall into the ceiling then drilled a hole outside and ran uf wire to a weather proof 8b box i installed. Then ran another wire from that box to another 8b box i installed. I drilled holes through the joists and ran my wires through them and i installed weather proof connectors for the uf wire. These boxes are for light fixtures the customer wants to install for the future I added a outlet in the basement for a computer next too the steps. I ran my wire behind the steps in a crawl space and will tie into a receptacle next to the pane
