Took the time to give good information about how the equipment worked.
I isolated the circuit going from the side of the house out to a patio shed that use to have a hot tub in it. I also found the circuit feeding a disconnect for the hot tub. I turned off power to both then removed the disconnect and sealed the hole the wires were coming through the side of the home. I then cut the 14-2 UF cable feeding the receptacles in the patio then ran a piece of pvc up the wall on the side of the home and installed a weather proof box over the sealed hole the hot tub wires were coming through I then installed a weather resistant tamper resistant gfci and a in use bubble cover and then siliconed around the weather proof box. Then I removed the wires from the main electrical panel that powered the hot tub so there is no way they could ever be energized. Tuned the breaker back on for the gfci and tested it. I also demoed all the wires and devices in the patio area so the customers would feel safe working in there Customer has a 6 month warranty for all work preform
We have provided Gfci protection for the kitchen receptacles. In addition we have replaced the basement stairwell switch, and rear exterior receptacle and have identified the rear exterior post light power source, bypassing the photo cell.
Installed new 50 amp dedicated circuit for Tesla car charger. We installed a new flush mounted NEMA 14-50 outlet directly below the panel in the garage. We also installed a new 50 amp 240volt Square D QO series breaker to control the new circuit. We also replaced a broken outlet on back porch as a thank you for using us.
We have installed the new porch light on 1720 shore dr. In addition we have replaced the damaged recess trim.
Installed a new 100 amp square d qo panel in place of old panel. All breakers are new as well as a whole home surge protector. Customer did not want to do a upgrade to 200 amp due to having to relocate the panel for inspection and replacing the service mast. Service cable is in good shape so decided to just install a new panel.
