Took the time to give good information about how the equipment worked.
We have installed the new porch light on 1720 shore dr. In addition we have replaced the damaged recess trim.
Installed a new 100 amp square d qo panel in place of old panel. All breakers are new as well as a whole home surge protector. Customer did not want to do a upgrade to 200 amp due to having to relocate the panel for inspection and replacing the service mast. Service cable is in good shape so decided to just install a new panel.
Replaced hallway bathroom exhaust fan with a new Panasonic quiet type fan. I reconnected existing venting and wired to original switch. Fan in working perfectly.
Installed 5 gfcis in the following locations. -2 in the master bathroom receptacles on either side of mirror. -1 in guest bathroom downstairs -1 in second guest bath downstairs - 1 on washer receptacle downstairs. Also added a receptacle in guest bedroom closet downstairs using existing receptacle on other side of wall. No drywall repair is required for work performed. Verified proper operation of completed work.
Went through electrical system. And found no issues. It’s my belief it’s either the transformer or the overhead service is at fault. Call bge tell them a licensed electrician did a assessment on electrical system and found no faults on our end Installed a ultra surge protector to help protect the houses utilities and electrical system
