This solution includes the basic wiring repair in the panel and ensuring all connections are tight. In addition this solution includes a breaker replacement for the affected circuit. We have repaired the damaged wire in the panel, replaced the existing breaker, ensured all connections are tight and have corrected splicing in the electrical box at stove receptacle.
Today’s visit was for running a dedicated circuit for a gas stove. While on site, we observed neutrals and grounds on the same terminal and a multi wire circuit on single pole breakers. Today’s visit was for smoke detector chirping. The detectors in the home are battery built in kidde smoke detectors. They are throughout the house and should be replaced as they have reached their 10 year mark. In order for detectors to function properly, they all need to be replaced with the same brand.
