For today’s visit was for recess lights in 2 rooms, the office and the downstairs bedroom. We also checked the panel and found a lack of surge protection and 1 arc fault breaker that was going bad, so we replaced that and installed a surge vortex in the panel on a BR 50 amp breaker. The downstairs bedroom we installed 4 - 6 inch recess lights with a cassetta smart switches. Then we started work in the office and cut 3 recess holes, but they had LVL joists where 2 of our recess lights were. So they couldn’t fit, even if we did 6 inch recess lights. The only way to make it work were to make the 2 recess lights offset closer to the middle of the room, which would give the fan a strobe effect and not look good. We discussed to the customer and decided not to do the work in the office, so we put the drywall patches back, and took the money off the ticket.

Replace 2 first generation Siemens arc fault breaker controlling bedrooms. Replace three improper breakers, including an art fault that was removed and sometime in the past, then illegally replaced with a standard breaker. Return today and completed quoted Work. We replaced the two existing arc fault breakers that were the first generation that we’re going bad as well as installed in arc fall breaker back went to the master bedroom that somebody had removed in the past. We also replaced the tandem breaker on the left side of the panel that did not match the brand as well as the bottom right 20 amp breaker that was not the proper one as well. All the breakers in this left panel now match the brand.

Replace ceiling, fan and chandelier in one go on a return trip Reason for today’s visit was to look at replacing a chandelier in the dining area as well as a ceiling fan in the family room. The chandelier is on but appears to be an 1819 foot vaulted ceiling and the ceiling fan is on what appears to be a 15 foot ceilings. We will need a tall ladder to install these two fixtures. When inspecting the chandelier for the dining area, we found out that the light was only about 6 foot long in which they needed a much longer fixture hanging from a chain. Customer is going to find a new chandelier and contact us back to install both fixtures at the same time

Reason for today’s visit with the customer was a tripped GFCI located at the panel. Upon investigation I discovered the two outdoor receptacles were allowing water to get trapped inside of them which lead to the GFCI Tripping. To remedy this I recommended to replace the outdoor receptacles and bubble covers, replace the panel GFCI with a receptacle, and finally land the circuit on a Dual-Function Breaker. The customer agreed and the work was completed. Today the customer also activated their 1 Year VIP Membership with us. Upon departure all work was complete and operating as intended.

This solution includes the installation of a gfci receptacle Under sink to power garbage disposal, shall be wired to existing switch. In addition we shall replace the hall bathfan and switch, properly install led bypass tubes for the laundry light and basement lights, replace the keyless fixture in mechanical room and replace the work area light with a new customer supplied fixture. We have replaced the existing bath fan in hall bathroom, repaired 4 fluorescent lights replacing them with led bypass tubes, installed gfci for garbage disposal and installed the customer supplied fixture and keyless fixture in mechanical room.

This solution includes the basic repair for the exterior receptacles. We shall replace the existing devices at front and rear of home, 2 total. In addition we shall install a GFCI receptacle at garage entrance. We have installed new weather rated devices on the front exterior and rear exterior of home. In addition we have installed a new GFCI receptacle at garage entrance.

Replace exhaust fan in bathroom with customer supplied EF Replace (2) 1x4 strip fixtures Replace existing service with 400 amp service. Added (2) emergency service disconnects.

WO-TNFR79534 Replaced customer supplied through the roof attic fan motor and thermostat. Tested power and it works properly. I set thermostat to 100 degrees.

This estimate includes the installation of 2 new LED closet lights for the bedroom. We shall supply the Hard wired closet lights. We have returned and installed new closet lighting. New lights are LED and operate from the existing switch.

This estimate includes the installation of a dedicated 240V 50A circuit for the cooktop. This estimate includes the installation of 20A GFCi receptacle We have installed a new dedicated circuit for the cooktop. In addition we have installed a new 20A gfci receptacle in the basement. We shall return to install the 50A breaker for cooktop next Wednesday. We have returned and installed the correct 240V 50A breaker for the cooktop. Lastly, we have labeled the cooktop in the main panel.
