We’re under the same terminal and the devices on the second floor are older, and starting to deteriorate. We recommend addressing these two issues before they create power loss. Customer called about having a outlet installed outside for low voltage landscape lights I installed a back to back outlet from inside the home to the left side of the house near the garage doors I installed a siding blocked and a weather resistant tamper resistant gfci with a in use bubble cover and broke the tab so you can plug in the cord and close the cover and protect everything Then I siliconed around the siding block to protect it from weather Customer has a 30 day warranty

Customers fan was not working. When I removed the fan I saw they had a receiver in the canopy. But they did not have a remote from the previous owners. So I removed the older fan and replaced it with a new fan that would work with the switches. 20 foot ceiling
