Remove old attic fan and replace it with a new customer provided attic fan motor. We’ll be using the original blades from the old attic fan that are still in great condition at the homeowners request.

For this job, I came out to assess damage to PVC sleeving UF feeding the well pump. I replaced the sleeve and junction box. Additionally, I observed electrical safety hazards in the basement with no hot/cold bond present as well as (4) single pole breaker feeding two multi wire branch circuits which should be on (2) 2pole breakers. Customer declined safety repair suggestions today. Customer enrolled in our VIP Care Plan.

This solution includes the installation of a customer supplied alarm. We have installed the new customer supplied alarm on the first floor.

We were called out today to look at running four new 14/3 switch legs to fans in 4 bedroom to allow the light and fan motor to be controlled by separate switches, as well as replacing an occupancy sensor located in the laundry room. Panels were replaced in 2017 and include surge protection in each panel. The house also has a battery backup system with a dedicated panel.

Today’s visit was for annual maintenance inspection. While doing the assessment, we saw that the grounds and neutrals in the panel. We’re under the same terminal and the devices on the second floor are older, and starting to deteriorate. We recommend addressing these two issues before they create power loss. We returned today to re-device the second floor

We will replace the three exterior receptacles with new weather, resistant devices and new in use covers. We will apply silicone around the covers to keep water from running down behind them. We will replace the six improper breakers in the right panel. We will install the correct breakers in the panel so that they sit firmly on the bus bar

This solution includes the installation of a disconnect at water heater. In addition we shall replace the breaker for the water heater and complete bonding at water heater. We have installed a new disconnect for water heater, bonded water and replaced the existing breaker for water heater.

This solution includes the installation of a customer supplied EV charger at desired location. We shall return when the customer supplied charge station arrives on site. Customer to schedule. We have installed the customer supplied EV charger in garage.

We have installed 2 new customer supplied smart switches in the basement. In addition we have replaced a damaged 3 way switch. #review

Customer called about having a outlet installed outside for low voltage landscape lights I installed a back to back outlet from inside the home to the left side of the house near the garage doors I installed a siding blocked and a weather resistant tamper resistant gfci with a in use bubble cover and broke the tab so you can plug in the cord and close the cover and protect everything Then I siliconed around the siding block to protect it from weather Customer has a 30 day warranty

Customers fan was not working. When I removed the fan I saw they had a receiver in the canopy. But they did not have a remote from the previous owners. So I removed the older fan and replaced it with a new fan that would work with the switches. 20 foot ceiling
