Installation of two new outdoor fixture rated boxes for sub-basement closet where customer would like to have a new switch to control the current pull chain light fixtures. Fixtures are currently have power fed by way of old rusted conduit where as new installation would be ran in UF due to area having heavy moisture. With installation of new boxes and new switch, adding two new non-pull chain keyless fixture mounts to go on those boxes. Installation of new 15 amp homeline breaker due to current breaker showing signs of failure and over heating. Replacement of current neutral shared circuit with required 2-pole breaker in sub panel.

I removed and replaced the receptacle in the entertainment center that was Energized by circuit 19 in the main electrical panel the receptacle had a wire that had a cut in it due to poor installation in the receptacle in the wire was pinched which was hitting the metal box causing it to ground out I Cut out the damage wire then I spliced all the appropriate wires together and pigtail office splice then hooked the single wire on the new receptacle clamp the wire down then Tightened the screw on the device. This is to ensure the best possible connection and the safest possible connection in the termination for the receptacle

As a result of the fire we will have to replace the panel with a new unit along with the meter can and service cable coming from the meter and overhead down to the meter and run new ground wire to the main water and install binding for the electrical system of the home. We will replace all breakers and Eliminate burnt wires from the wall and panel and run new ones

Reason for today’s visit was to replace the bedroom ceiling fan in the back left corner on the top floor with a new customer supplied fan. Van already had a metal fan rated box in place. While on site we also replaced customer supplied exterior wall sconces light at the back door.

We will remove and replace the 2nd floor hallway light with a new customer supplied chandelier We will replace customer supplied bathroom vanity light in 1st floor office. We will install a new receptacle in the front sitting room side wall.

I removed and replaced a bathroom light switch in the master bathroom that was burnt and I installed a whole home surge protector in the main electrical panel in the basement 1 year warranty

We have installed a new electrical box and keyless light fixture in the laundry area. In addition we have installed a new customer supplied chandelier in the dining room.

Customer lost power to the living room receptacles as well as the basement lighting circuit. We found that both breakers feeding those circuits were tripping off. After further investigation we found that the 3-way at the top of the basement stairs was shorting out the circuit when any of the 3 switches were turned on. We also found that the metal connector in the receptacle box in the left corner of the living was cutting into the hot wire causing the breaker to trip. While checking the wiring in lights and devices we found that the insulation around the wires are falling to pieces leaving exposed conductors. Recommend re-wiring of branch circuits to prevent further issues. We replaced the broken 3-way switch at the top of the stairs and taped up the bare wires as good as possible. We replaced the damaged receptacle in the living room exterior wall to the left of the window and taped up the wires as good as possible.

Customer had issues with the GFCI for the pond equipment tripping. We found that the box was allowing water inside and causing it to trip every time it water gets on the box. We removed the box and the old wooden post and installed a new permanent post with 2 new weather resistant GFCI devices and 2 new in-use covers. Once installed we tested outlets and pond pump and everything works as it should.

WO-TNFR81241 We have replaced the existing damaged switch controlling the dining room chandelier. Original call was damaged switch, light not turning off.

WO-TNFR79013 We have restored power to the pool house GFCI. Receptacle was tripping when switch on the right was engaged. We have removed damaged wire from switch.

We have replaced and repaired several receptacles in the bedrooms upstairs, new devices are white. In addition we have corrected the polarity in the GFCI in the master bathroom. Lastly we have properly bonded cold water pipe to panel, ensuring the wire is secured. We have installed a connector for a wire going into panel. We have corrected the double tapped neutral wiring in the main panel.

Provided quote to install a new circuit in the basement for freezer and convince outlets. We took down the foyer light so they can have it repaired.

This estimate includes the installation of a new customer supplied ceiling fan. This estimate includes the installation of a new customer supplied bathroom heater and a new customer supplied timer switch We have installed a new customer supplied ceiling fan. Power is fed from upstairs attic light switch. In addition we have installed a new customer supplied bath heater and timer switch in the master bathroom.

Installed 4 recess wafers in basement office where there was previously 2 Flourescent fixtures. Also re wired 3 fixtures in basement to hold a 120v LED tube. Verified proper operation of completed work with customer.

This estimate includes the replacement of 2 exterior fixtures with new customer supplied fixtures. We shall return Wednesday the 27th to complete the install. We have collected 30% deposit. We have returned and replaced 2 exterior fixtures with new customer supplied fixtures.

Removed and replaced a faulty dimmer for kitchen recess lights. Rewired 2 back sconce lights to bypass motion sensor so they only operate from the switch.. Checked 4 recess fixtures that are blowing bulbs frequently. Bent the tab down so it makes better contact with bulb. recommend replacing with LED bulbs if problem persists but current dimmers are only compatible with incandescent bulbs. Also verified proper voltage and a proper connections for a bedroom oreceptacle that had blown the bulb in a lamp. Voltage was normal and connections were good. Most likely cause of problem is in the lamp. Also provided quotes for adding fans in bedrooms.

Install 2 customer provided sconce lights on front of home. Remove and replace a dimmer for porch recess Repair fault in office receptacles. Installed a new solar only post head(customer provided) Installed a new gfci in garage from existing garage circuit by door with automatic cat door. Installed a new light outside of door with cat door(customer provided) Verified proper operation of completed work.
