-2 basement 2x4 twin tube lights have bad ballast and bulbs so I recommend updating the lights to led by removing the old ballast and re-wiring the lights to use the led retro fit bulbs 2 per light being 4 bulbs in total. -During home safety assessment I found 2 damaged 15 amp cutler hammer breakers in the panel and I recommend replacing them with new breakers because the part of the breaker that secures it to the panel properly was broken on both breakers. -Also during the assessment I found that the water heater hot water side and gas line were not bonded to the cold water pipe but the cold water main was properly grounded so I recommend bonding the gas line and hot water pipe at the water heater in turn also properly protecting and bonding the furnace gas line. -Lastly I found a couple receptacles in the kitchen within 6 foot of a water source not properly gfi protected so I recommend installing a gfi in the kitchen to protect those 2 outlets by the stove.
