Reset breaker to the bedrooms and provided pricing to replace extremely rusted main panel. Main panel shows extreme signs of rust through that goes all the way through the panel. There’s multiple locations where you can actually stick fingers from inside the panel straight through to the block wall. Main logs and bus bars shown signs of water damage. Panel is an extremely poor condition and needs to be replaced as soon as possible with a new moisture barrier between the wall and the new panel.

Installation of new devices throughout the home including one dimmer on the first floor controlling a foyer fixture, duplex’s in multiple areas (either broken or plugs falling out), box repair and device change for fridge, and two others. We will also replace the current vanity fixtures in both bathrooms on the second floor as well as adding a new exhaust fan located in the hall bath. Install new two gang switch located outside the bathroom to control a wall sconce outside of the bedrooms. Per inspection sheet recommending checking on grounding, we recommended a new whole home surge protector as well as changing shared neutral circuits with common handle breakers and separating grounds and neutrals. Returned today to complete WPQ. We removed the mirrors in the primary and hallway 2nd floor bathrooms and removed the light fixtures. We discovered that none of the fixtures had boxes to support the new fixtures, so we installed new 8B boxes. We removed the old bath fan in the hallway bat

Reason for today’s visit with the customer was removing and replacing a hardwired pull chain fan on the back porch. The previous technician had completed all other requests during the maintenance. Today was finishing what was discussed when she was here last. At this time all work has been complete and the fan is working as intended.

Arrived onsite and was shown to then attic where the resident described the fan not functioning properly in hot weather, and told me he had to turn it down to 60 to get it to kick on. I tested it based off the ambient air temp of 82 and it kicked on at 60-85 in all intervals of testing up to that point. It seems to be defective at a higher temp so we will replace thermostat outside of warranty. Just past the one year parts and labor warranty for items. Also brought up the membership on today’s visit and he went forward with that as well. We replaced and verified the new thermostat is working.

Arrived onsite and the son was home to show us the list of stuff that the family would like adressed. I had him show me all the rooms, the attic access, and then i went around and took pictures of everything and began developing pricing while Tyler troubleshot the garage outlet. It turned out to be that a digital switch controlled the post light power, controlled that outlet. We got power back to it but the gfci had burning coming off it on one of the neutrals and i advised him it needed to be replaced. We had several phone conversations where i was led to believe they just wanted to be home to discuss it so we waited. Once they got home they didn’t like the pricing at all, and in the end told us to leave the garage outlet alone. I described what all they would get if they went with us, and it seemed the wife wanted the handyman to do it all for cheaper so i collected the 89$ service charge and went on my way.

Todays visit was a for a quote for a tesla level 2 car charger. We took a look at the panel and found that it was fully filled and had no extra slots. They had power to an incorrectly wired sub panel in the shed because it was only 120v. We did a load calculation and found we can add an 80amp sub panel in replacement of the wrongly wired one in the shed. We then would run power from there down the hill to the driveway for the car charger. We would also need to install posts to protect the car charger.

Installation of new recessed lights throughout the 1st floor of the home. We will install four recessed lights (6 inch gimbal) in the back sitting room. We will derive power from the current switch that controls an outlet and run out a new switch leg for the recessed lights. The lights will then be controlled by a dimmer for ease of use. We will install six new recessed lights located on the sitting room and do the same conversion as the back room in the front with a dimmer install as well. Installation of four new four inch recessed lights located in the children’s play room. We will install a new switch by gaining power from the switch on the back to back wall and install a dimmer for use as well. This includes installing new gable fans in both locations and installing proper safety devices through the kitchen counter tops and installation of a whole home surge. Gables are 15 year warranty with smart controls.

This includes one gfci for the garage, one gfci for the bathroom (1st floor), and one outlet (the reason for power loss) under the window in the living room. We will replace these with new devices and pigtail the wires to ensure proper connection. Installation of new whole home surge protector to further assist the home in protection against harmful voltage spikes while protecting the sensitive appliances.

Replaced 20 year old, attic fan motor, blades, as well as the thermostat. On the attic we also went ahead and replaced the single pole switch that Work says the service disconnects for the fan in the attic. Once installed, we tested out fan and it is working properly. We set the one temperature at 105°.

Arrived onsite and the customer showed us to his basement and gave us the rundown on his current electrical system. After discussing that and what we would need to do inside we all went outside and discussed where the line would poke out and where the charger would be mounted. Resident wants us to supply the charger but i encouraged him, to save money he could purchase it himself. Otherwise i wrote up 2 options, one with us supplying the charger and one with the resident supplying it, to run a line from the existing main electrical panel, going out and penetrating the exterior wall, and then taking it up in flex and hardwiring the charger we will mount.

Replace two customer supplied smoke alarms.

Arrived onsite and was asked all about installing full alarm systems into houses, and changing lights out to be camera lights in other areas of the home. In the end they wanna talk to someone like adt instead of us.

I arrived onsite and the resident showed me everything in their kitchen that needed to be adressed for the remodel that is going on. I ended up talking to the contractor and planning this all out as if we were moving foreward due to the circumstances, and went and wrote it up accordingly. The list of items on the main estimate for today’s visit would be the total scope of work to be done to get it all completed from beginning to end. After showing pricing, she wants to talk to her husband before moving forward.

This solution includes the replacement of the existing 2pole 30A breaker for the AC unit and the 20A breaker for the kitchen receptacle and microwave. We have replaced the existing breaker controlling the outside AC unit and the breaker associated with the microwave and countertop receptacles. We have determined that a qualified HVAC tech look over the outside unit. We recommend replacing the homes main panel and having GFCI protection installed at the kitchen countertop.

Reason for todays call was c/o detectors chirping. They have a Magnum Alert 1800 control panel for the detectors. The amber light flashing and chirping indicates the battery backup needs to be replaced or there is a malfunction within the control panel. I advised the customer to reach out to the company to get system serviced. While doing my assessment, I saw the three panels were riddled with multi wire branch circuits on single pole breakers. The arc fault breakers in the panel were also making a sizzling noise. The arc fault breakers with the teal test button had a recall on them back in 2004 for being defective. I explained all this to the customer but they declined at this time. I also recommend getting surge protection in the 400 amp service for a preventative measure to safe guard the home. If the home was to be hit by a surge, it is completely exposed at this time. Please see attached if you choose to proceed in the future. The payment options I was communicating to you a

The reason for today’s visit was to check the kitchen, recessed lights to see if they were broken as the customer thought. Have to check in the kitchen lights we found that the lights themselves were not broken. It was just the bulbs we’re all breaking off in the sockets. I removed the broken sockets from the lights and installed the new customer supplied LED bulbs. After replacing the bulbs, we found that the dimmer that controlled the lights were not compatible with the LED lamps need to be replaced. There is a total of five dimmers that control the kitchen lights as well as the basement light that need to be replaced. We also provided pricing to remove replaced. Customer supplied surface mount light in the second floor hallway as well as to provide an install 24 foot LED lights. One light is on jack chain that is in the garage and would need to be a light with a plug-in cord as well as a pool chain.. The second light is located in the basement unfinished area and is a hardwired fixt

Dennis was knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best option for the nature and placement of a new power outlet for my new Bosch dishwasher. The job was done quickly and neatly. The cost seemed high even though Dennis found me the most economical option.
What a gentleman. I was totally impressed with Mike. Perhaps the best service rep I have had in well over 50 years.
Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me several options to solve my outdoor lighting issue.

Michael called to let me know he was nearby and showed up quickly. He looked at the work, found the problem quickly. A former electrician had used wrong materials. He corrected the problems and worked diligently and fixed the problems. Plus, he was kind to my dogs that kept wanting to help him. Thank you for a good experience.
We are previous customers. Unless policy re $89 fee gets changed, I’m not sure how likely we’ll be to continue with Haas in spite of excellent service by Alex and previously by Larry.
Was able to schedule my appointment for service within a week of my original call. They even moved up my appointment due to open availability so we finished ahead of schedule. Work is finished and good customer service.
Needed 9 light fixtures taken down and replaced with new ones we bought and he replaced all the outlet covers with new ones and fixed the dimmers on the switches and some other minor issues . Matt was so fast and thorough. Amazing job and also great long warranty .
Alex did a great job....was very thorough. The pricing higher than expected but the you guys always do a great job.
Nick was great - inspected what we needed done, came up with some solutions quickly and got right to work. Did not expect the job to finish so quickly but he clearly was very experienced and knew exactly what to do. No problems at all and will definitely be a repeat customer
I called in and was able to book an appointment promptly. Michael came out in the promised time frame and alerted me of when his estimated arrival would be. Once he was here, he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would 100 percent use his (or the company’s) services again.
