Install new receptacle out front Install new customer supplied nest doorbell with plug in transformer. Replace broken GFCI in bathroom. Replace bad receptacle in addition. Reason for today’s visit was to look at installing a customer supplied nest doorbell, as well as a receptacle in the front of the house. Customer also was having an issue with the power loss receptacle, and a light in the back addition of the home. The power loss in the back addition we found that the reception is going bad and was causing the power to not go to the switch for the light. We also went over with the customer of the aluminum wiring that’s in the main part of the house. I informed them to add onto an aluminum circuit. I would have to install our fault breaker. We also recommended installing icons and revising the rest of the devices on that circuit to avoid future power loss issues. Customer agreed that it was a good idea so we went ahead and replaced three of the remaining receptacles in the living room

Reason for today’s visit with the customer was to inspect an outdoor troff receptacle and a high bay light. The high bay light had a bad ballast and capacitor. To fix this we got a full internal replacement kit and changed all the internals for this light. It was working upon our departure but another one right next to the one we fixed went bad while we were still there. The troff receptacle had damaged wiring and the emt itself was also in poor condition. We replaced the emt with PVC, installed a weather proof receptacle box with a weather proof receptacle inside. The breaker for this circuit we changed to a DF 20 Amp QO breaker to ensure proper protection from faults. The troff heater was also working upon our departure. Customer requested that we return next week and change the other bad High Bay Light fixtures internals. Please note that the subpanel that feeds the troff receptacle is horribly degraded. Reason for today’s visit was to remove and replace five customer supplied lights. We replace the three front sconces lights with new lights, as well as the hallway, bathroom, vanity, light and ceiling light. We also installed a new dimmer switch as well as a new panel style switch for the bathroom lights.

Genny and Josh of Haas & Sons Electric were outstanding! They arrived promptly as scheduled to install a new ceiling light junction and fan. They provided a quote and completed the job all in the same visit. They were both personable and professional. The price was significantly higher than anticipated however their work exceeded my expectations. I have many projects on the horizon requiring electrical services and look forward to working with them again. Mike knows what he is doing and he is excellent at what he does. What is equally meaningful and great is that he is so genuinely nice. This visit was second time he came to my home. Genny Ginger from Hass and Sons Electrical responded to install a ceiling fan in my breakfast room. She did an excellent job. She discovered one of my switches was bad and replaced it also. Genny additionally told me about some other switches I should consider changing. Fantastic personality and very knowledgeable.

Dennis and Daniel were the absolute best! They arrived on time and provided excellent customer service! I had previously hired another electrician to do this job, and after two days trying to fix my problem, nothing was resolved. However, five minutes on the job, Dennis from Haas & Sons had my switch, light, and ceiling fan working! Dennis also was able to help me make the best decision when choosing another ceiling fan and switch combo for a second bedroom replacement. He gave great advice and expertise. Daniel also did a great job installing the new fan! I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this company, especially if you want the job done right the first time. I will definitely use them again.
