I found a lack of bonding at the hot water heater, 2 multifeeds in the panel that need correction and put onto 2 2 pole breakers. They need whole home surge protection into the main panel because currently they have none, and all of their smoke detectors were just smoke detectors, and were all out of date. Otherwise, the devices in the home looked pretty good, as well as the main electrical panel.
