Arrived onsite and met at the back door and the resident showed me inside and explained the things she wanted done, and i wrote up those options. I also went around front and wrote a separate option for the front flood lights as well. After writing the options and completing my assessment, i presented and she decided to get the following items below done: -Add 120v 20 amp dedicated circuit from main electrical panel to above where the sauna will be going. -Install a Nema 20r outlet in the ceiling right above where the sauna will be sitting. -Install a GFCI/combo breaker on the new circuit -Add a second 20 amp 120v circuit from the main electrical panel to feed a new outlet going in under the stairs for a peloton and accessories, and one for the tv area at the end of the basement. -Secure all new wiring, test and verify proper function.

Arrived onsite and began diagnosing the problem with the microwave outlet. This led me to the main electrical panel to start my preformance and safety assessment, which then brought me to the sub panel in the back of the basement which ended up having a bad breaker feeding the microwave, as well as another bad arc combo breaker as well. The microwave outlet was backstabbed and had some age so i reccomended that be replaced as well. I presented my findings on the preformance and safety assessment and wrote up options accordingly. We decided to address the following items today: Replace 2 bad 20 amp qo arcfault breakers that have failed due to time and degradation. Replace backstabbed microwave outlet with a new microwave outlet. Add bonding at hot water heater where none is currently present.

The reason for today’s visit was to quote on installation of power to customers shed. Today’s visit we saw a 200 amp new homeline panel that was installed in 2023. We also saw new devices located throughout the home with proper exterior disconnection. After viewing the home, we began assessing the shed where we saw a 10/3 UF cable located at the bottom of the barn doors. This power supply ran through the home to the shed and was disconnected in the panel. After temping the power we saw the voltage of 240 off the meter in the UF but the cable was not able to be used. The cable ran down the side of the home through the concrete without proper protection and was at risk of damage. After speaking to the customer and providing solutions, if he’s interested he will then call back to schedule.

Today’s visit was for exterior light replacement. During safety assessment, I saw that the water heater was not bonded, and there was no surge protection in the panel. I highly recommend getting this taken care of to keep your home protected from exterior risks. Please see attached to get this taken care of for you. Work performed today below.
