When we arrived, we met with Ms. Lisa, who showed us to the laundry room. We had completed a whole-home alumiconn redevice in 2022, however, the washer receptacle was missed during that process. We replaced the receptacle with an appropriate GFCI and alumiconn connectors. During our investigation, we did find an extension cord plugged into the affected circuit that was spliced above the drop ceiling, so we provided a solution today to replace the extension cord with a proper receptacle in the drop ceiling to safely provide power to the coax booster that was plugged in. We completed the new receptacle installation, and informed Ms. Lisa of the repair to the washer receptacle as well. We also made her aware of the fact that the only additional solution to the washer tripping past this point would be to run a proper dedicated circuit out to the wa
