I have used the services of this company 4 times. 1.They installed exhaust fans in both bathrooms. 2. They connected my portable generator to my electrical panel box. 3. They installed a new ceiling fan and removed the old one. 4. They replaced my 36 inch, glass and stainless steel kitchen range exhaust fan. 5. They replaced my outdoor electrical outlet. This solution includes the includes the installation of all new devices within the home. We have taken deposit and shall return November 6th to complete the re-device. We have begun the installation of new devices within the home. We shall return November 15th to complete the remaining work. We have completed the scheduled work. New bath fan motor and grill have also been installed in second floor hall bathroom.
Replacement of nutone fan motor and assembly 11/8 Return today and completed scoped work. We installed the new Newtone bathroom exhaust fan motor in the master bathroom shower area.
Troubleshooting a non-functioning circuit. No voltage at time of arrival but we discovered a switch under the sink which provided full 120v when turned on. Upon departure the circuit was operating normally.
Installation of new Panasonic exhaust fan in place of contractor grade with siding vent out. Convert single switch box to 2-gang switch box so light and fan can be controlled separately. Installed push button timer to control new fan.
The reason for todays visit was to provide solutions on installation of a floor heater for the mud room, an outlet for the mud room, an exterior weather resistant cover and outlet, and finally a doorbell installation. After meeting the customer, we began discussing options of installation for his wants. Currently there is a 12 UF circuit for the ring camera and the customer would like to use that same circuit to supply power for the interior outlet, exterior outlet and floor heat thermostat. As we talked about options, we talked about splitting the circuit on the underside of the porch using a junction box (Krylon plastic) and running two new line sets for the exterior outlet and the floor heat thermostat (which only pulls 4 amps). After discussing these options, we also provided a solution on installing a new outlet for a plug in transformer for a constant power doorbell ring cam. Customer at this time is getting quotes on the scope of work and will contact back if deciding to move fo
