We will relocate the overhead service line from the top front of the Home down the side of the home through the basement and into the existing panel location. Installation of a dedicated circuit for the oven. I will run my wire from the panel roughly 50 feet over to the back of the crawl space. I will then drill down from inside the wall and land it inside a two gang box for a flush mount finish. The name plate is calling for a forty amp circuit. Correcting issues inside the panel such as missing knockouts and shared grounds and neutrals. All work has been completed and upon our departure everything was working as intended.

Today’s visit was for ceiling fan installation in kitchen. We had to run a new switch leg to an existing two gang box and expand the box to three gang. The ceiling was closed so we had to cut a channel to get the wire from switch bank to ceiling fan. Work is now complete. The reason for this visit was to assess the damage done from the storm that just passed. We were able to quickly determine that a palled research and went through the house either from the storm or from a lightning strike which caused damage to several pieces of equipment in the home. We noticed that two GFCI‘s in the basement were burnt out, as well as the smoke detectors in the house. We also found that the gate motors were also damaged, causing the breakers to constantly trip and not reset. We went ahead and replace the bad GFCI‘s and tested power throughout the house as well as replaced the bad smoke detectors. We also went ahead and installed two new whole home. Surge protectors in the main panels to protect Home from future surges.
