Today’s visit was for light replacements. While doing my assessment, I also noticed single pole breakers on multi feed circuits. I highly recommend getting this fixed to avoid any safety issues. I installed a customer supplied bathroom exhaust fan and I’ve vented a 4 inch flex duck outside through the side And installed a side mount vent

I removed and replaced 4 receptacles. 2 in the master bedroom, 1 behind the couch in the living room, and 1 in the dinning room. I spliced all the appropriate wires together and pig tailed off the splice hooking the single wire around the new device screw and clamp and tightened down the screw to ensure the best and safest possible connection throughout the circuit. I replaced a 3 way switch in the basement for the stairwell light. I removed and replaced the 2 master bathroom lights with customer supplied lights I removed a surface mounted light in basement and installed a 6 inch led wafer recess lights

Replace bad dimmer Replace bad dimmer in dinning room The reason for today’s visit was to look at a dimmer Sorry switch that was no longer functioning properly, as well as a floodlight that is randomly turning on when no motion is present. Upon my inspection, I found that dimmer was an older twist style dimmer that was beginning to fail. I also found that the floodlight is also an older style. It appears the motion sensor is not functioning properly any longer. I recommended to replace both in which customer decided to replace the dimmer and have the floodlight replaced at a later date. The reason for today’s visit with the customer was to quote on general lighting replacement as well as adding a new switch controlled light in a room with no current ceiling light. Today after meeting with the home owner i began my assessment in the basement where i saw a 150 Amp Square D QO panel from 2001. I saw that the panel was over loaded to the point of needing tandem breakers and that some breakers were not listed for this panel. I saw the home owner had a foundation/cold water bond/ground inside of the panel and no signs of ground rods. After going through the panel, the customer and i then went through the home to discuss on which fixtures we would be replacing/adding. The customer showed me four sconces located in the back room she wanted changed, a ceiling fixture for the hallway, ceiling fixture for the dining room table, adding a light for the bedroom with making a switch controlled outlet constant hot, and removal of three outdoor fixtures with placing blanks up.
