Arrived onsite and gave an estimate to do recess on the first floor and basment, as well as replace a few lights. Once i went room by room and we had made a plan i wrote up options and we ended up going with the first option, keeping the foyer light standard, replacment of the outside lights, replacment of the dining room chandallier, and installation of 28 and we got it on the schedule for 7/1-7/2 Day 1: Arrived onsite and began by discussing where we would begin the project which ended up being the basement. We started by covering the whole basement area where work was being done in plastic, and then i measured out all the lighting and cut it all in and then we worked together to remove the old lights, make sure the new ones were in a location the residents would be happy with, and then installed them all. Come the end of the day we hit a few snags in measuring because the walls were out a good bit but got the last section of the basement measured out, cut and pulled. We also insta
Reason for today’s visit with the customer was a redevice of the upstairs and a dedicated circuit installation in the garage. The garage circuit was ran in the ceiling then down the bulk head where it dropped down beside the garage door. The new circuit is landed on a 20 AMP GFCI breakers inside the panel at the top left. We replaced all switches, GFCI’s, and receptacles upstairs during the redevice. The devices are now new with the correct preventative and secure splices inside the box to potential future failures. At this time everything is working as intended and the garage circuit is ready for the new refrigerator. Customer is aware that the downstairs devices are the same as the upstairs and to keep an eye on them over time.
This solution includes the replacement of the 2 existing damaged gfci receptacles and taking the bathroom light off of the load side of the gfci. Additionally we shall replace the damaged dimmer in the kitchen. We have replaced a damaged gfci in the kitchen and bathroom. Lastly we have replaced the existing dimmer in the kitchen.
Arrived onsite and the resident led us to the first floor bathroom where she explained when it stormed real bad the other week the bath gfci had went out and never came back. Once we pulled it out to examine it we found power was at that location but the GFCI was bad. Also she had bought a fixture for us to replace out on the deck railing because the old one was hanging and broken. After looking at the area we would be able to hang the light but the switch going to it was bad and had a bad weather seal as well as the outlet below it. I wrote up a few options as well as discussed our membership plan and she opted to get it all done today. We pull the bath gfci out and replaced it. Replaced the light outside on the deck railing, replaced the switch and resealed the box, and then removed the old outlet and installed a w/p gfci and in use cover as well as put silicone around the boxes so they were w/p from the back as well. After we were done the work everything got tested and is verified

As always, Haas & Sons specialist arrived promptly (at the early end of the time slot) assessed my remaining questions and concerns and effectively installed the lighting appliance they helped me order. Installation worked as planned and with his guidance I was able to activate Ring software quickly. Install was done in an hour. I appreciate prompt service as a club member.
