Arrived onsite and was shown to the back bedroom where the resident explained they were plugging in their oil based space heater. I pulled a few outlets and found the main culprit, but also with the age of the outlets we began a discussion on a redevice as well. I showed them the issue that i found and how to correct it properly, and what a redevice could do for them long term and she ended up asking for just these 2 receptacles to be replaced today, and got the membership. But while that was getting done i wrote up a redevice and we discussed that as well. Once done the 2 outlets that were replaced were tested and verified working. We discussed the redevice when the husband got home and the put a deposit down for that to be scheduled for 10/14-10/15 10/14: Arrived onsite and started at the basement and worked our way around the entire basement, did the outside and sunroom outlets, and then worked our way upstairs to start knocking out the other half. Everything is turned back on

Came to customer’s home for annual inspection. As I was doing my assessment, I saw the devices were broken throughout the home and some were only two prong devices. Also the panel was original to the home in the 1950s. I recommended we do a panel replacement and a whole home re-device to get the home up to today’s safety standards. BGE also had to be called out due to incorrect voltage readings. It was found that a clamp inside the transformer was going bad and was affecting the whole block. It has been corrected. Work performed this week below: Remove and replace all devices throughout home Replace panel from 1986 with new Square D QO panel Also, please give the office a call if you change your mind about us fixing the drywall for you at the bottom of the steps. Thank you so much for your continued business! Take Care! 🙂

We will run conduit from back plug on porch underneath the deck and over to the pool pump and install weatherproof receptacle. We will run a new dedicated 20 amp circuit from the main panel located in the front corner of the basement over to the unfinished area and install a new GFCI receptacle for fridge. Reason for today’s visit was to look at running a line from the receptacle that I added on a previous visit located at the back patio out to the pool pump and install a new GFCI. Customer also wanted a new receptacle installed in the basement unfinished area for a fridge/freezer. I replaced the white PVC siding block that I installed on the last visit and installed a new weatherproof receptacle box with PVC Hobbs. And then ran a new line down underneath of the deck and over to the stairs and installed a new weatherproof receptacle box with that weather resistant GFCI and then use cover. I also ran a new 20 amp dedicated circuit from the main panel in the front corner of the home Thro
Adding outlet on back deck. We are tapping power out of the existing circuit in the living room. Outlet is located on opposite side of the wall as the new GFCI. We installed a new in-use cover on new GFCI so that cord can remain plugged in and still be water tight. We will tap power out of the new outlet we installed and pipe over to the pool pump and install a perm post with a weatherproof outlet. This will avoid the need for an extension cord.
We have delivered pricing regarding the EV charger installation.

Customer had a damaged dimmer switch controlling outside wafer recess lights another Electrician installed and the lights were not dimming due to a damaged switch. After taking the switch out I discovered one of the screws to the switch must have hit the metal old work box and it fried the dimmer. I replaced the dimmer switch and re did the splices in the box as I found the neutrals weren’t spliced properly.
