Replace customer supplied bath exhaust fan in 2nd floor bathroom Reason for today’s visit was to replace a customer supplied bathroom exhaust fan. Customer purchased a new Panasonic fan and one of us to swap out the existing one. He also stated there was a rooftop bent already installed that we just needed to attach to. However, we went in the attic to check. The roofers had completely removed it so there was nowhere to vent out. Customer did not want us to penetrate the roof and put a new vent out in so we installed a siding vent kit which we attach right to the gable right above the bathroom.

Arrived onsite and the resident met us outside and showed us around the house to all the lighting locations that needed to be replaced. There was 7 outside lights, mainly coach lights, one post head light, and one inside on the stairs that leads downstairs. I made up pricing for it and we had a talk about surge protection as well. We also discussed our membership in case they wanted to move foreward in the future, but after seeing the options today they want to think about it for a few days and then call back in. I wrote up all the options so she will have them emailed to her to decide. They are going to sell the house in the somewhat near future so they’re being careful about their investments.

Replace 7 smoke detectors The reason for today’s visit was to replace a total of seven smoke detectors throughout the home. There was one on the first floor, two on the 2nd floor, three on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. All units are hardwired together and interconnected
