Todays visit was for power loss to there lights and outlets. We checked the breaker and nothing was in the tripped position. So we started our troubleshooting process by opening up devices because our plug testers were reading hot and ground reversed. Our voltage meter was reading 120 volts on all of the circuits hot and neutral wires. We opened every device on the circuit that we could find, and started an elimination process to see where the problem was starting, but unfortunately we could not find the issue today. So a senior technician will be returning as soon as possible to find the problem, and or creating a solution. The customer purchased the membership today. Office will reach out to customer for the return extended diagnostic visit.
This solution includes the installation of a new customer supplied ceiling fan in the bedroom upstairs. We have replaced the existing ceiling fan in the 3rd bedroom. We have delivered pricing regarding the panel. The existing main panel breaker is currently double tapped at the line side of the breaker. The wires feeding the sub panel are the ones that have been double tapped. Additionally the sub panel does not have the ground and neutrals separated, As indicated by only 3 conductor present.
We have provided pricing regarding the basement electrical tasks.
Installation of new devices located in the primary bath, hall bath, exterior, and basement. We will run a new switch leg and install two new keyless light fixtures for the basement. We will also replace an exterior outlet with new cover on the rear deck with a WR device. Installation of new GFCI for the hall bath and the primary bathroom as well as one new Decora style dimmer for the shower.

(I don't really feel I can fairly evaluate the cost since my experience is so limited, and I had no other estimates.)
