Arrived onsite and she was in the middle of leading a meeting so we gave her a bit of time, and then came in and discussed what she would like to do in the kitchen. She wanted to add 2 pendant lights to the kitchen counter, but also inquired and discussed recess lighting, which pendants she should go with, e.t.c. So i took the time to break down my thoughts, explain the lighting load and where they would look best, we decided on 2 for the given area, and to come off of the kitchen sink light so that they would be switched together. We looked at the two fixtures she had onsite as well and gave advice on what would best fit the space. If we are to move forward with this job; the scope of work would be as follows: cut open the ceiling at the sink light to pull a wire from there, to the new pendants location. Add 2 heavy duty brace boxes where the new pendants lights will be hung, and then wire in and hang the 2 customer supplied pendants. Resident is getting another estimate today, so i
Arrived onsite and started addressing the first customer concerns of an entryway light not working as well as a coach light next to the back door that was also not working. Got both lights working again and started performing the whole home electrical check. We discovered that two switches for the ceiling fan/light in the back left bedroom were bad along with two in the master bedroom for its ceiling fan/light were bad as well. As we continued with the inspection, we found a broken dimmer in the dining room, two combination smoke detectors that were not functioning and two multifeed breakers in the panel that needed correcting to a proper 2-Pole/common throw handle. Brought all concerns to the homeowner’s attention as well as the overall aged condition of most of the home’s devices (backstabbed devices & loose plug retention). Along with the immediate solutions provided to the homeowner, I also suggested a re-device for the home and provided/emailed a quote to re-device the entire home
Arrived onsite and was shown around the garage where he had 4 lights there, 1 of which was just hanging, upon further inspection i found the box and bracket to be completely disintegrated into the stone. We ended up talking about the best course of action, which is to have the stone masons remove the existing boxes and lay in new boxes for us to then hang new lights on at some point. I also went in the main house and took a look at a possible future project but the main focus was the barn. In the highest part of the ceiling he needs 6 bulbs replaced but we need an extension ladder for that, and then 4 bulbs in the back of the kitchen area. Will price it out and send him the quote. B14 Par30 120v 75w Flood for the back 4 in the barn kitchen, need 4 pack Par 38 120v 90w Flood bulb need 6 pack Juno 688B-WH px0020 ( trim model number for back recess)

Arrived onsite and the resident showed us to two exhaust fans, one in the hall bath and one in the master bath that both needed too be replaced due to age and them not working. I went over options, made sure ducting was in place for the both( which it was) and then wrote up a few options for him. In the end he wanted to get his own exhaust fans and is ordering the broan 60 cfm ones and we will return November 6, at 8am to install them both and connect to the existing duct work. Arrived onsite and started in the master bathroom by disconnecting the ductwork to both fans, and removing the old housings entirely. We both installed a fan and then i wired them up, and Tyler reconnected the ductwork to both as I finished with the fans. I changed out the switches in the hall bath and Tyler changed them out in the master bathroom. Once done we did a good clean up and testing of both fans and they both are verified working properly.
