Customer originally called because they were having some issues with her undercabinet lights also they wanted to talk about venting a bathroom exhaust fan size we were looking at everything I noticed that there was a dimmer on the kitchen countertop that was controlling the undercabinet lights this was not compatible with the lighting that was only under cabinet lights as they were low-voltage and it was burning up transformer so I recommend that we just change it over to a single pole light switch so the customer does not have to worry about the transformer overheated also for the bathroom exhaust fan I recommend that we change out the fan today 4 inch venting system going through the side of the house doing my safety inspection I wanted to make sure that the panels and safe condition that way when we perform this work there’s no unwelcome surprises. Today’s visit was for dishwasher not working. Turned out to be the breaker. We also replaced the dishwasher receptacle to ensure it was all corrected. Work performed below: Replace dual function Eaton breaker Replace (1) receptacle for dishwasher Install whole home surge protection

Service charge I demoed the existing PVC piping in the trench then I installed a new 1 inch PVC pipe from the junction box under the deck throughout the trench up into a spa pack which is now connected to the hot tub it is a GFCI protected 50 amp breaker enclosure then from the spa pack I took a three-quarter inch PVC pipe and went down the trench and installed a Perma post for a receptacle. Then I took metal seal tight and I came out of the spa pack with a three-quarter inch PVC pipe down the line to the hot tub then I did a change over with the metal seal tight and brand new wiring and hooked up the hot tub I also ran a 50 amp circuit from the junction box under the deck to the spa pack to power the hot tub and I ran a 20 amp circuit from the junction box to the Perma post which then also feeds the shed and the landscape receptacles. I installed a new two pole 50 amp home line breaker in the electrical panel. I put on a 20 amp gfci breaker but there’s GFCI’s throughout the yard
