Quote to install new 200 amp electric system for the home. We will obtain electrical permits and inspection for this project. We will obtain BGE work order and organize their inspection/ work. Installation to meet national/ local codes and safety requirements. These tasks are outlined below in the line items- panel, disconnect, electrical grounding, bonding, surge protection, breakers, and misc. We would re-use the current surge that was previously installed last year by previous technician. Reason for today’s visit was for the annual home maintenance. While performing the assessment, we came across multiple issues affecting the panel, including overheating wires, mismatched breakers, rust, and corrosion. Continuing with the rest of the assessment, we discovered that the receptacles in the bathrooms were not GFCI protected. We gave solutions to replace the panel, as well as the receptacles with GFCI breakers. We will return Tuesday to WPQ. We completed the rest of quoted work. We

Reason for today’s visit with the customer was a three phase motor controller for the pool. Old one was rusted out and no longer engaging. We installed a new square D contactor as well as a switch that controls the power running to the contactor.

Installation of two new LED flat panel fixtures for above the cabinet in the kitchen. We would remove the two four foot single bulb fluorescent fixtures and replace with new LED flat panel fixtures. One fixture would be four foot the second above range would be two foot. With replacement of fixtures we would install a junction box in attic to drop down two new switch legs to eliminate exposed wires in ceiling that show signs of over heating. Install new LED+ Dimmer for the two new fixtures located in kitchen. Correct current panel exposed wires (previously cut) and install a new whole home surge protector to further assist in protection of the main panel and sensitive appliances. We finished installing two surface mounted flat panel lights and replacing 5 switches throughout the kitchen.

Reason for todays visit was track light in basement not working. Customer also brought to out attention a stacked switch in the kitchen that was starting to fail as well. While on-site, we also saw the customer had multiple multi wire branch circuits on single pole breakers, and no surge in the panel. Please see below for work performed. Haas is a great company and very professional. I called in an emergency 2 days before Christmas and the owner himself answered the phone and was extremely helpful. Mike from Haas and sons was very professional, prompt amd efficient. Our house is old amd we had to replace all of our electrical box connections in the kitchen and bathroom.
