When we are completed we will re-install the removed drywall but, we do not offer painting or patch repair for those areas. -Install new ceiling fan for the front foyer sitting area. We will install a new fan and move two of the current high hat light fixtures to equal out the lighting in the sitting area. With doing so, we will have to extend each wire from the existing lighting fixture and install new retro-fit can housings. We will then re-use the existing trims to install when completed. -Install new ceiling fan for the third floor lounge. We will install new fan from scratch to the center point of the room and draw power from near by four gang switch bank.
