This estimate includes the installation of a new feed wire to power the gate and post lighting in the front yard. We shall install new wiring in conduit, this new wiring shall be GFCI protected. We have determined that the post and gate lights need to be re-fed with a new wire, as we are unable to locate fault/break in existing wire. We shall return the 6/27/22 to complete work. We have installed a new wire from the house to the gate, creating a new feed. Original wire/feed was destroyed when a sprinkler line was installed. Our new wire has been installed in a conduit body.

WO-TNFR79281d Customer lost power to the 2 front outlets located under the front wooden banister and pillar next to the carport. I found that the GFCI under the banister had gone bad which didn’t allow power to the other outlet. I replaced the GFCI and installed a new in-use cover and they both power back up. I also replaced the motion switch in the laundry room with a standard decor style switch. Light now turns on and off as it should. While on site i found that the 2 flood lights on the side of the home need bulb replacements (customer is taking care of bulbs).

Customer was having issue with Dryer breaker tripping constantly. I found loose connection on the breaker feeding the dryer circuit. I also found that there was several different brands of breakers in the BR series panel. We replaced all the mismatched breakers with the proper Cutler hammer BR series breakers.

Fished in new low voltage line to front of home and to doorbell chime to the top right of the front door. We ran low volt lines down to a transformer in the basement unfinished ceiling underneath the front door. Customer supplied doorbell, chime and transformer.
